Decent product, mediocre service Dec 21, 2011
By Will Ordered this bag as a gift and I received it quickly. Turned out that the handles were not as long as a usual tote bag, and so I sent it back. The return procedure was not overly complicated but the company charged a 9% restocking fee and kept the shipping (causing me to be out about $40). I would recommend the company that supplies the bag, but be aware that if its not satisfactory you will be charged quite a bit to return it.
